Joshua McClain is a cellist, composer, and studio artist based in Oakland, CA. He is best known for his unbridled solo cello performances using a looping pedal and effects processor, creating intense, and otherworldly soundscapes.

With this new album, Coming Home, Joshua takes listeners on an epic, transformative journey through beauty, hope, fear, darkness, and rebirth. The album, meant to be listened to from start to finish is based on the artist’s own life experiences, combined with mythology from Joseph Campbell's hero’s journey.

The project, produced by Joshua McClain, BZ Lewis, and Monica Pasqual, includes 8 new original tracks composed and performed by Joshua on cello, baritone ukulele, and electric guitar. Join us for a night of celebration in the release of this new masterwork.
