Morning Cello (2025)

It all begins with a feeling. Maybe it’s a quiet morning. Maybe it’s the need for stillness in a restless world. Morning Cello was born from that space—first shared through livestreams, now captured in a studio album. Whether you’re seeking focus, comfort, or reflection, this music is here to meet you where you are.

Coming Home (2018)

It all begins with a descent. Maybe it’s into grief, change, or the unknown. Coming Home was born from that passage—through darkness, through surrender, and into something new. Inspired by the Hero’s Journey and a deep healing experience in the Amazon, this music is a mirror for transformation. Whether you’re navigating loss or rediscovery, it’s here to walk with you.

In addition to his solo work, Joshua has composed original scores for film and media—most notably the documentary An Open Door, which tells the powerful story of Temple Grandin’s lifelong impact on autism awareness and humane livestock handling. Drawing from his Indiana roots and Temple’s love of country music, Joshua wove in guitar, fiddle-inspired cello lines, and rich orchestral textures using Spitfire libraries in Logic. The result is a score that blends acoustic warmth with cinematic depth—supporting the film’s themes of resilience, empathy, and transformation.

His work on An Open Door was recognized with the San Diego Movie Award for Best Original Score (2024), marking a significant milestone in his evolution as a composer.
